These terms govern the use of ATLAS. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to discourage reading.
ATLAS is operated by FANTØM, based in Brazil. The contact channel is eduardo@ifantom.com, and questions, requests and complaints go through it.
ATLAS is a football analysis tool. It interprets match and player data and explains what that data suggests, with the degree of certainty the evidence allows.
ATLAS does not deal in betting, odds or predictions, and such data is excluded from its knowledge base. It is also not investment advice and does not replace professional judgement: the decisions you make from its analyses are yours.
Analyses may contain errors, and data sources may be incomplete or out of date. ATLAS says when it lacks sufficient evidence, but that does not remove the possibility of being wrong.
The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account.
If you notice misuse, write to eduardo@ifantom.com. We end all open sessions immediately.
You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Subscriptions are charged in advance, in euros, by card, through Stripe. The charge repeats automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan — until you cancel.
The prices that apply are those shown on the plans page at the time of purchase. If we change the price of your plan we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the change only applies from the following renewal.
Each plan includes a monthly usage capacity, which renews every month, including on the annual plan. Once the limit is reached, usage is unavailable until renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your subscription area, without talking to anyone. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no charge after that.
You have 14 days from the first charge to request a full refund, with no reason needed. Just write to eduardo@ifantom.com. The refund goes back to the same payment method.
After that window, cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period in progress.
You may use ATLAS and what it produces in your work, including commercially.
What is not allowed: sharing your account with other people; reselling or redistributing access; using automated means to extract the database in bulk; attempting to bypass capacity limits; or interfering with the operation of the service.
If we identify such use we may suspend the account. Where the suspension is not due to fraud, we refund the unused proportion.
We work to keep ATLAS available, but it depends on third-party services and may be unavailable for maintenance or failure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. This does not remove the rights that consumer law guarantees and that cannot be limited by contract.
The analyses generated in your conversations are yours: use them as you wish. ATLAS, its brand, its software and its knowledge base remain ours.
We do not use your conversations to train models.
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel at no cost if you disagree.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers resident in the European Union keep the rights guaranteed by the law of their country of residence.
